U.S. Navy SEALs move toward a MH-60S Seahawk helicopter to conduct a military free fall training event as part of the Jackal Stone 11 multi-national special operations forces exercise on Mihail Kogălniceanu Air Base, Romania, Sept. 15. The purpose of the exercise, being held in Romania, Bulgaria and Ukraine, is to enhance special operations forces capacity and interoperability between the nine participating nations, while simultaneously building cooperation and partnerships.
