Christie Barton, from Ramstein Air Base, Germany, fits a three year-old Botswanan boy with donated eye glasses during a U.S. European Command Medical Civil Assistance Program event at the Sir Seretse Khama Barracks Dec. 15, 2006. MEDCAPs are designed to provide medical and dental outreach to local civilian populations within the command’s 92-nation area of operation.
