SOUDA BAY, Crete, Greece — Guided missile frigate USS Underwood (FFG 36) arrives here for a routine port visit Jan. 23. The Oliver Hazard Perry-class frigate with her crew of 200 personnel departed her homeport of Mayport, Fla., earlier this month on a regular six-month deployment. Underwood is part of the Bataan Expeditionary Strike Group deployed in support of maritime security operations in the U.S. European Command area of responsibility.
