A U.S. Navy SEAL lands safely during a military free fall training event as part of the Jackal Stone 11 multi-national special operations forces exercise on Mihail Kogălniceanu Air Base, Romania, Sept 15. The purpose of the exercise, being held in Romania, Bulgaria and Ukraine, is to enhance special operations forces capacity and interoperability between the nine participating nations, while simultaneously building cooperation and partnerships.
