Pharmacy Services in the Philippines

Beginning September 1, 2011, all TRICARE beneficiaries living or traveling in the Philippines must have prescriptions filled from either TRICARE-certified licensed retail pharmacy outlets or TRICARE-certified hospital-based pharmacies. TRICARE will no longer reimburse beneficiaries for medications purchased in an individual provider’s office.

Beneficiaries can find a certified pharmacy on the Philippines Certified Provider List.

Beneficiaries who have questions regarding this change or need further assistance can contact the TRICARE Overseas Program Regional Call Center in Singapore:

  • +65-6339-2676 (overseas)
  • 1-877-678-1208 (stateside)
         - Option 2 connects you to a Claims Customer Service
           Specialist
         - Option 4, the Global TRICARE Service Center, connects
you to the 24-hour customer service assistance center
  • Or, find a country-specific toll-free number
