Doing Business with the Fed

The District Procurement department is responsible for acquiring quality goods and services on behalf of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis and its branch offices in Memphis, Louisville and Little Rock. Our contract specialists locate responsible suppliers, manage the acquisition process, analyze proposals and negotiate contracts in compliance with Federal Reserve policies and guidelines.

Our contract specialists employ various acquisition methods, including competitive bidding, Requests for Information, Requests for Quote and Requests for Proposal.
The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis makes every effort in its policies, procedures and actions to encourage competition and provide fair and equal treatment for all bidders.

How to Become a Bank Supplier

The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis engages in a wide variety of local and national procurements. We strive to identify suppliers that will provide value-added services and products to the Bank. Our goal is to create and foster positive relationships with our suppliers. Organizations interested in doing business with the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis are encouraged to register as a supplier.

Your organization may register using the Eighth District Supplier Self-Registration tool. The Supplier Self-Registration link is listed in the column on the right. The registration is quick and easy. Once registered, the supplier's information will be made available to our contract specialists. Consistent with our privacy policy, information that you provide will be used for this purpose only and will not be shared with any third parties.
