Photo: Homeland Defense Exercise Simulation Press ConferenceCombining the best of its experience from the Domestic Preparedness Program and the latest in CB agent knowledge, ECBC offers the Installation Preparedness (IP) Program for military facilities domestically and around the world. The program, comprised of training and exercise components, focuses on responder awareness and operations, as well as readiness baselining and incident command when handling a WMD incident. ECBC's IP program instructs and encourages military commanders and emergency responders to assess current preparedness levels and attempt to resolve problems stemming from shortfalls in current concepts, plans, policies, procedures and resources.
