This committee is a disgrace, an embarrassment, and a joke. The only reason I "liked" this page was to keep tabs on what ridiculous nonsense Chairman Hall and his ilk are spewing. The amount of backwards thinking individuals on this committee is horrifying.

In order to best serve the American people in regards to space, science and technology, one must have a basic understanding and respect for science. It appears that many of the members do not. In some cases, it appears to be in spite of extensive education. This is neither logical or effective. Listen to your citizens. Make a change.

The solitary reason I liked this page was to express my outrage at the appointment of Mr. Broun to this committee. Fire and brimstone have no place in a scientific discussion unless that discussion happens to be about chemistry. America needs true leadership to reclaim its edge in the areas of science and technology and it insults all of us to have this Luddite voodoo preacher sit on this committee. Shame on the entire House for approving this.
