Florentine Shirred Eggs Cheddar with Ham
Ingredients
- 6 each eggs
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 package> frozen spinach, thawed and drained well
- 1/2 cup spiral ham, diced
Directions
- Butter an 8" x 8" baking dish. Preheat oven to 350. Spread thoroughly thawed and drained spinach evenly across bottom of baking dish. Add diced ham evenly over spinach. Add even layer of shredded cheese.
- Break eggs over the cheese, arranged in an even pattern.
- Bake for 15 minutes until the white of the egg is milky but still creamy.
