Tuna Salad
Ingredients
- 1 (6 oz.) can chunk light tuna, drained
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise, or to taste
- 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish, or to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Flake tuna with a fork into a small bowl; stir in remaining ingredients until well blended.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes; spread on your choice of bread or toast and enjoy.

Personalize with these additions, as desired: 1/2 cup finely diced celery or diced seeded and peeled cucumber, 1 tablespoon drained capers, 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley, 1 teaspoon lemon juice.
