Teriyaki Beef Marinade
Ingredients
- ¼ cup light brown sugar
- ¼ cup dry sherry
- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons dark sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger
Directions
- Stir all ingredients together; pour over steaks, turning to coat evenly; marinate in the refrigerator for 6 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
- Remove steaks from marinade; grill to desired doneness. Discard any leftover marinade.
