Tater Tot™ Hot Dish
Ingredients
- 4 cups frozen Tater Tots™
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can French style green beans, drained
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coat an 11�9-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown onions and ground beef for 4 to 5 minutes, or until beef is cooked through, stirring occasionally. Discard any excess fat if needed. Pour into baking dish.
- Add soup and green beans to ground beef and onion mixture; stir gently to combine.
- Spread mixture evenly in baking dish; arrange Tater Tots™ on top in a single layer.
- Bake uncovered for about 45 minutes, or until Tater Tots™ are golden brown and beef mixture is bubbly.
