Honey-Nut Sugar Snap Peas
Ingredients
- 4 cups frozen sugar snap peas
- 1/2 cup peanuts or pine nuts
- 1 tablespoon margarine or butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
Directions
- In a 1 1/2-quart microwave safe casserole, combine peas and 2 tablespoons water.
- Cover and microwave on HIGH for 6 to 9 minutes or until crisp-tender, stirring once halfway through cooking. Drain well.
- Add peanuts, margarine, honey and mustard; toss to gently mix.
- Serve warm.
