The U.S. Census Bureau relied on more than 250,000 partners from government, nonprofit, corporate and community organizations to help spread the word about the importance of the 2010 Census. The Census Bureau worked with organizations that were trusted voices in their communities. These organizations posted information on their websites, hosted events, put information in their newsletters and utilized other multimedia to share the message of the 2010 Census with their members.
