The 21st Theater Sustainment Command's Works Council represents the interests of the Local National workforce under the purview of the German Labor Law and UR Reg 690-61, Local National Works Councils.

The council coordinates with the Command Group and the Civilian Personnel Advisory Office on all matters affecting LN employees.

It mediates between LN employees and supervisors where differences of opinion exist regarding employment conditions. The attempt is to resolve problems within the work force.
