141st Air Control Squadron

The 141st Air Control Squadron is a mobile radar command, control, and communications element of the U.S. Air Force Theater Air Control System. The unit can be tasked by the Control and Reporting Center to perform battle management, weapons, surveillance, identification, and data link management. We can also be assigned to deploy and operate subordinate to Air Operation Center to perform activities such as establishing long and short haul communication, assisting in air rescue operations, providing aircraft control and advisory services, and providing threat warnings to Army air defense units.

As a Vehicle and Vehicular Equipment Maintenance Specialist, you'll inspect, troubleshoot and repair vehicles such as dump trucks, bucket loaders, crawler and wheeled tractors, cranes, motor graders, snow removal equipment, sweepers, aircraft cargo loading vehicles, forklifts, aircraft towing vehicles and aircraft servicing vehicles. Aerospace Medical Service Specialists are a medical "jack of all trades", performing a wide range of technical nursing duties, from drawing blood to assisting in delivering newborn babies. In this job, you'll be directly involved in the care and treatment of patients, including feeding, measuring and recording vital signs, administering medications, and prepping patients for surgery. You'll also undergo training that will entitle you to take the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technician's examination  which can lead to a great civilian career as an EMT.
