(Defenselink -- 21 September 2005) SABTECH Industries, Inc., Yorba Linda, Calif., is being awarded a maximum $9,950,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for procurement of highly specialized and critical Navy Tactical Data Systems (NTDS), circuit card assemblies, adapter modules, SABTECH military equipment simulators and NTDS equipment matrix interconnect systems. Work will be performed in Yorba Linda, Calif., and is expected to be completed by September 2010. Contract funds in the amount of $28,645, will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract combines support of the U.S. Navy (97 percent), and the governments of Japan (2 percent) and Spain (1 percent), under the Foreign Military Sales program. (Defenselink -- 21 September 2005) Computer Systems Technical Support, Inc., Brea, Calif., is being awarded an $8,205,034 firm-fixed-priced, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for Airborne Self-Protection Jammer (ASPJ) harness assembly, structural assembly and hardware set. The ASPJ is an automated, modular, reprogrammable, active radar frequency (RF) deception jammer designed to contribute to the electronic self-protection of host tactical aircraft from a variety of air-to-air/surface to air RF threats. The ASPJ was designed to accomplish threat sorting, threat identification, and jamming management in a dense signal environment. Work will be performed in Brea, Calif., and is expected to be completed by September 2010. Contract funds in the amount of $1,422,094, will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The contract was competitively procured and advertised on the Internet, with two offers received. In addition to support to the United States (90 percent), it is anticipated that the contract will support the governments of Switzerland (5 percent) and Finland (5 percent) under the Foreign Military Sales program.
