Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
The Earned Value Management System (EVMS) clauses in the FAR, which is used by civilian agencies, were published in the Federal Register on July 5, 2006. This cleared the way for the final approval and publication process to begin on the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) clauses. The EVMS FAR clauses are in FAR 52.234-2 , 52.234-3
, and 52.234-4
. NOTE: On DoD contracts, the EVMS DFARS clauses should be used instead of the EVMS FAR clauses.
