Gen. John Allen, Commanding General for ISAF, was nominated by President Barack Obama as Commander, U.S. European Command and NATO Supreme Allied Commander in Europe while Gen. Joseph Dunford will be replacing Gen. Allen as Commanding General for ISAF.
