- "No Dal Molin" protestors will demonstrate on public property outside the entrance to the Villaggio Housing Area beginning at about 8 p.m. tonight. The demonstration is expected to be non-violent with about 70 participants. Military Police and Carabinieri will be present to ensure public safety and unimpeded access to the installation. Grant/PAO

USAG Vicenza Fire and Emergency Services firefighters train for a potential high angle or confined space rescue at the Caserma Ederle Fire Department station Oct. 11.
The firefighters practiced using pre-rigged rope systems to streamline the process of investigating the emergency, lowering a rescuer to help the victim, secure and remove the victim using the ropes, then remove the rescuer.

The Vicenza High School Football team played against Naples on Caserma Ederle during the Homecoming Oct. 13.
A large crowd supported all the Cougar teams who also played volleyball, tennis and competed in cross country.
