Bronze busts of fallen Utah Soldiers unvailed

Hill Recovered M-16
A missing case of M16A2s was located the morning of June 6 near the area pictured above. Twelve M16A2 rifles went missing June 3 when the case of weapons fell off the back of a highly-mobile multi-wheeled vehicle. Base investigators received a phone call stating the case could be found in the general vicinity of the stables on the west side of Hill Air Force Base. The incident is still under investigation. U. Ben Roessler is among the first to enter the newly dedicated Raymond E. Roessler Team Center in Bldg. 507. Following behind are his mother, Annette Roessler, and sister Abby, and other members of the Roessler family. The center, which includes a cafeteria and meeting area, is named for Lt. Col. Raymond Roessler, former 309th Commodities Maintenance Group deputy director, who died in October in an aircraft accident.
