Colonel Michael J. Feeley is the commander, 166th Airlift Wing, Delaware Air National Guard, New Castle ANG Base, Del. He is a master navigator with over 5,000 flight hours, including combat hours in Operation Desert Storm, the Balkans conflict, Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. He joined the Air Force in 1982.
