The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) Office of the General Counsel facilitates DoDEA's global educational mission by providing high quality and timely legal advice and counsel, effective advocacy, and creative problem-solving.

Mandatory Ethics Training:If you are a new employee at DoDEA HQ, please be sure to attend the mandatory initial ethics orientation training. This training is offered on a monthly basis. For additional information about where and when the next training session will be, please contact DoDEA OGC.
Take Your 2011 Ethics Training Today!
The DoDEA Office of the General Counsel has a new on-line training program available for your use that will fulfill your 2011 ethics training requirements. After you complete the training please provide a copy of your completion certificate to your local DoDEA OGC. This will certify that you have completed the training. start the training. If you have any questions as a result of the on-line training, please call or e-mail DoDEA OGC.
Please Note: The annual ethics training is not the same as initial ethics training for new employees. The annual training will not satisfy the initial ethics training for new employees.
