About Futures Exploration
The mission of the DC3 Futures Exploration (FX) Directorate is to increase organizational potential by marketing the capabilities and activities of the center and its people to external audiences and communities. It works to build strategic partnerships for the development and sharing of better digital forensic tools and techniques among Department of Defense organizations, federal agencies, state and local law enforcement, international partners, the private sector, and academic institutions.
Futures Exploration performs its mission through several different venues. These venues allow the personnel from Department of Defense organizations, federal, state and local government agencies and others in the cyberspace and digital forensic communities to communicate, collaborate and synergize problem solving, programmatic efforts and technological advancement.
