Soldiers First!
The 1st Human Resources Sustainment Center ensures execution of Theater Contingency Postal Operations; Reception, Staging, Onward Movement; and Human Resources Planning and Operations.
Additionally, the 1st HRSC executes casualty operation, personnel accountability and strength reporting under the direct supervision of U.S. Army Europe G1.
The unit receives technical guidance and policy direction from the USAREUR G1 while directly supporting theater human resources organization and Theater Security Cooperation missions as directed by the 21st Theater Sustainment Command. On order, the unit deploys to provide modular HR Enterprise support.
