- April 28, 2012, Dallas: The DFW HOPE partnership will host a Homeownership Preservation Workshop for homeowners in the North Texas area. The workshop will be held on Saturday, April 28, 2012 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Friendship West Baptist Church located at 2020 W. Wheatland Road, Dallas, 75232. Loan servicers and HUD-approved housing counselors will be on hand to meet with borrowers individually, review their documents and explain the various home retention options that are available.
