447 EMEDS welcomes new commander
SATHER AIR BASE, Iraq -- Col. Fred Cheney, 447th Air Expeditionary Group commander, hand the 447th Expeditionary Medical Squadron staff to Col. Dean Winslow while he assumes command of the squadron May 6.
Colonel Winslow, who is deployed from the Delaware Air National Guard, his serving his fourth tour in Iraq.
