GPD provides consultation, design, and production services for the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) and DoD Components.

Our Goal
GPD's goal is to provide superior customer service. All efforts will be made to satisfy customer needs with high quality, effective, and economical products.
Customer support is provided for the following products:

Turn-around Times:
Our normal turn-around time for most work is 10 work days. However, arrangements are made to complete rush projects in accordance with customer needs.
Note: We urge customers to plan ahead to allow GPD staff to produce the highest quality products within reasonable time-frames.
Printing Requests
Customers should get approval from the Print Liaison Officer in DFD Programs and Services Division (703) 614-4028 prior to initiating artwork that will be reproduced by Document Automation & Production Service (DAPS) (703) 697-4333 or other sources. GPD does not provide printing and reproduction services.
Reimbursable Support
Some of our customers are supported on a reimbursable basis. Appropriate financial approvals are required prior to the start of work for some agencies.
