    •  Mr. Flores, do you really support this, even if it's detrimental to the economy as a whole? https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=515777508450495&set=a.200655096629406.57916.196601040368145&type=1&theater

  9. This year our national debt exceeded $16 trillion, making each American family’s share of the debt to $134,700 per household. It is clear that Washington must reduce its spending just as America’s households are tightening their own belts at home.

House Republicans have passed legislative solutions to get Washington's spending and debt under control, yet the Senate and president refuse to act on these common sense plans. The Path to Prosperity Budget sets forth a blueprint to reduce debt as a share of the economy and to ultimately pay off our federal debt. We must act now to restore America's promise, prosperity, and security.

  11. Today we honor the U. S. Navy as it celebrates its 237th birthday. The Navy has remained steadfast and ready to answer every call our nation makes since its beginning in 1775. We are forever grateful to the brave Sailors who have sacrificed for our freedom and also honor those heroes who are currently defending our liberties overseas and at home today.

  13. While the Obama Administration was covering up the events in Libya and the American main stream media was supporting the cover-up, the Arab media had quickly figured out the facts! Isn't it interesting that the Arab media is less biased about American news than our own media-->http://bit.ly/QJ8gOq

  24. In three months, our national security will be threatened by the sequester defense cuts which will lead to a chain reaction of cuts deep into our defense industry and its workers. As Americans demand action, the Obama administration continu...
es to play politics. If defense manufacturers and suppliers, prior to the election, do not issue legally-required layoff notifications of potential impending layoffs -- due to the drastic cuts imposed by the sequester, the president has volunteered that the federal government will pay for all legal costs for encouraging these companies to break the law and lie to workers. It is time the Senate and president work on the House-passed plan to replace these arbitrary cuts to defense with common sense reforms.
