Information Management: Voice of the User

Information Management (IM) organization serves as a liaison between the Warfighter, Clinical and Business mission owners, the Governance community of policy and decision-makers and the Office of Chief Information Officer (OCIO). IM identifies and verifies new IT needs and develops requirements that enable IT to produce evidence-based solutions.

Purpose: To provide the right information at the right time so people can make better decisions to improve health outcomes.

Value: IM is the gateway for leveraging the power of health technology to achieve the Quadruple Aim.
