Intern Program

The TRICARE Acquisition Intern Program (TRIUMPH) is designed to attract men and women to careers as Federal employees with TRICARE. This objective is accomplished by recruiting and selecting high-caliber candidates and training them to become competent, effective, and productive employees in a variety of occupational areas in the acquisition field; providing developmental opportunities necessary to gain the knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs) that are useful in a career, and providing promotional opportunities for those interns who complete all required training and developmental assignments.
