I just watched yet ANOTHER accident at the corner of Racine Road & Hwy 550 South. I continually have to turn at the corner to get home and people ALWAYS pass on the right shoulder even though it is an intersection. When you have a southbound vehicle turning left onto Racine and a northbound vehicle turning left onto Racine, inevitably someone passes on the right shoulder and BAM - head on collision. Need some sort of flashing sign at that intersection - both ways - telling the uneducated drivers "DO NOT PASS ON THE RIGHT SHOULDER AT THIS INTERSECTION". Come on Montrose County - let's done so as to avoid so many accidents at this intersection.
