WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today Congressman Steve Austria (R – Beavercreek) released the following statement about House Resolution 292 declaring that the President shall not deploy, establish or maintain the presence of the U.S. military on the ground in Libya:

“I support Speaker Boehner’s resolution towards Libya, as both Congress and the American people have many unanswered questions and concerns about the involvement of our men and women serving in our armed services. The President – with the advice of our military leaders – must communicate to Congress a clear and decisive mission in Libya.”
