License Plate Renewal

• You can renew online unless one of the following applies:
  • you have changes to the information on your registration;
  • the vehicle you wish to renew is a truck that has a registered weight of more than 27 ton; or
  • your most current registration has been expired for one year or more


• To complete your registration renewal, you will need the following items:
  • Your current registration or renewal notice postcard.
  • Checking account information or a MasterCard or Visa Credit Card.
  • NOTE: The system will verify your insurance status


• Please allow 5 business days for receipt of your renewed registration, license plates and stickers.


• The system may be down nightly from 3-5am for maintenance.

Your registration will be mailed to the address on the renewal notice. If that is not your current address, you will need to renew in person.

NOTE: There is a portal fee assessed when renewing your plates online.
