What Does Your Career Counselor Do?
Your career counselor is the program administrator and expert technical advisor to the Commander and Command Sergeant Major on all reenlistment aspects of the Army Retention Program. They determine reenlistment/extension eligibility by thoroughly screening official military records, and training records and rosters, as required by regulatory guidance.
