January PLUS Meeting Set
An agenda has been posted for the January 25, 2012 (pdf) meeting of the Preliminary Land Use Service (PLUS). State agency planners will meet to review land use change proposals and planning documents prior to giving input to local governments, who make the final land-use decisions. The meeting will start at 9:00 a.m. in the first floor conference room of the Haslet Armory, on William Penn Street, in Dover.

DGDC Executive Council Agenda Posted
The Executive Council of the Delaware Geographic Data Committee (DGDC) will meet on Thursday, October 20, 2011, in Dover. The draft agenda (PDF) includes and update on the orthophotography project, an update on the work being done by DelDOT to create a statewide routable centerline.
The meeting will start at 10:00 a.m., in room 133 of the Haslet Armory, at 122 William Penn Street, in Dover. The Executive Council is charged with oversight of GIS Coordination in Delaware and works closely with the full membership of the DGDC.
Announcing: A Development Trends Data Collection
The Office of State Planning Coordination has published a new collection of development application and building permit data from the 60 local governments that make the land-use decisions in Delaware. (3/16/11)
Delaware Census Data Resources Continue to Expand
The Delaware Census State Data Center has created a new 2010 Census data page for Delaware with collected information extracts from the data sets released so far from the 2010 Census. The collection includes tabular data, GIS data, and a Microsoft Access database of all of the 2010 Census Redistricting Data for Delaware. (3/11/11)
