Biggest takeaway: Delaware & its leadership (state, fed, local, volunteer) band together as a team when crisis hits. So proud of our state.

Tally today: Wm Penn HS shelter, HQ, SHOC in Smyrna, Kent EOC, Rehoboth beach+boardwalk, IR Inlet damage, Sussex EOC.
