The Delaware Economic Development Office (DEDO) is the primary point of contact for entrepreneurial and small business development in the State. DEDO is organized to meet the needs of entrepreneurs who may be developing a business, small business owners seeking relief from a volatile economic climate through Governor Jack Markell's Small Business LIFT program, and start-up, small, minority and woman-owned traditional businesses through our Delaware Access Program.

Register your business with the Division of Revenue, the Division of Unemployment Insurance and the Office of Workers Compensation. You can also link to the Division of Corporations to access incorporation forms and reserve a legal entity.
