LANCE TO HOLD MOBILE OFFICE IN SOMERSET COUNTY TUESDAY TO ASSIST FLOOD VICTIMS

FEMA Officials To Join Lance’s Staff In Helping Somerset County Residents

WASHINGTON – Congressman Leonard Lance’s staff will hold a mobile office in Manville on Tuesday, September 13, 2011to assist Somerset County residents and small businesses with Hurricane Irene disaster assistance.  

At Lance’s request, officials from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) will be on-hand to answer questions and help those affected by Hurricane Irene.

IN MANVILLE :Lance’s mobile office will take place from 4-6 p.m., Tuesday, September 13, 2011 at the Manville Fire Department Offices located at 60 South Weiss Street.

Residents who are unable to attend the mobile office in Manville, but need assistance from FEMA orthe U.S. Small Business Administration, can contact the federal agencies below:

FEMA’s Somerset County Disaster Recovery Center is located at 27 Warren Street in Somerville.  The center is open 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Residents are urged to register with FEMA over the phone or online prior to visiting the recovery center. 1.800.621.3362 FEMA or www.disasterassistance.gov  or www.fema.gov
