Connections II meets federal agencies’ telecom equipment, labor, building, and campus infrastructure solution needs, including:

Connections II features
Type of contract: Multiple award, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ)
Period of performance: Base of three years and three months, with six one-year options
Ceiling: $5 billion

- Communications and networking
- Building or campus facility preparation
- Operations, administration, and management (OA&M)
- Customer service and technical support
Federal agencies can request work in one or more solution sets, or request an entirely new solution.
Access to multiple types of task orders
Connections II features either fixed-price or time-and-materials task order types. You can compete and award the order yourself, or contact our customer representatives to use our assisted services. All orders must use fair opportunity in accordance with FAR 16.505.
Integration with Networx and local telecommunications contracts
Let GSA be your end-to-end telecommunications solution provider. Agencies can use Connections II along with transport contracts like Networx or local telecommunications contracts for easier management of your telecommunications service and infrastructure.
Highly qualified industry partners
Work with industry partners who have expertise in providing government telecommunications. Many industry partners have personnel with security clearances. Our industry partners can use Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) principles and sustainable (green) best practices when delivering your network equipment.

How federal agencies have used legacy CONNECTIONS
Maintaining private branch exchange (PBX) switches
The General Services Administration maintained and supported 26 private branch exchange (PBX) switches in five states, while saving 62 percent over five years. Through CONNECTIONS, they were able to compete, award, and implement the project in three months.
Managing a centralized service call center
The Federal Trade Commission made an award on legacy CONNECTIONS to manage a centralized service call center with several locations, including on-site end user support.
