The Census Bureau will provide embargo-period access to the 2009-2011 American Community Survey estimates that will be released to the public on Oct. 25. In addition, two new American Community Survey briefs will be available on the embargo site:
Marital Events for Selected Group Quarters Population: 2009-2011 and Multigenerational Households: 2009-2011.
Embargo subscribers will have access to the estimates on Tuesday, Oct. 23, up to 48 hours in advance of the public release.
The American Community Survey is the source of small-area estimates available on a wide range of important statistics about people and housing for every community across the country and in Puerto Rico. These estimates cover a three-year period (2009-2011) and are available for areas with a population of 20,000 or more.
