Approved Changes to the FR 2502q for March 2012 The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, under delegated authority from the Office of Management and Budget, has approved changes to the Quarterly Report of Assets and Liabilities of Large Foreign Offices of U.S. Banks (FR 2502q) effective with the March 2012 report. Final Changes to FFIEC 031-041 for March 31, 2012 and June 30, 2012 The Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC) has approved several revisions to the FFIEC 031-041 that will take effect in the first two quarters of 2012.
