Welcome to the ACRDC Home Page

Located at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, the Atlanta Census Research Data Center (ACRDC) seeks to provide qualified researchers in Atlanta, and around the Southeast, with the opportunity to perform statistical analysis on non-public Census microdata.

The ACRDC is a partnership between the U.S. Census Bureau and a consortium that includes Georgia State University, the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, Emory University, Georgia Tech, the University of Alabama at Birmingham, the University of Georgia and the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and Clemson University.

As one of a small number of secure Research Data Centers located across the United States, the ACRDC is managed by the Census Bureau’s Center for Economic Studies (CES). Funding for the ACRDC is provided in part by the National Science Foundation and by consortium institutions.
