The eTaxpayer Service Center operated by the Office of Tax and Revenue provides secure, online tax registration, filing and payment, and account inquiries for District of Columbia business taxpayers. The site supports payment via credit card and electronic funds transfer.

All new businesses may use the site to submit their FR-500 Combined Business Tax Registration Applications. The online FR-500 application includes an optional registration for online filing and payment of business taxes. Existing businesses may also register to file and pay their taxes electronically at the eTaxpayer Service Center.
