San Diego Sector (Friendship Circle)
The Final Environmental Stewardship Plan (ESP) for Replacement, Operation, and Maintenance of Tactical Infrastructure, Friendship Circle, U.S. Border Patrol, San Diego Sector, Imperial Beach Station, California is now available for review. U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) performed an environmental analysis and prepared the ESP to document potential environmental impacts associated with the project and to ensure that adverse environmental impacts are minimized. This ESP addresses the potential impacts from the replacement of approximately 1,000 feet of existing primary pedestrian fence and improvements to the access through the existing secondary fence at Friendship Circle in San Diego County, California.
