| The San Diego Sector (A-2 Segments) Environmental Stewardship Plan (ESP) was based, in part, on a previous Draft Environmental Assessment (EA) that was prepared and provided to the public for comment on January 7, 2008. Agency and public comments from the open house were considered and incorporated in the ESP.These archived documents provide the comments received on the Draft EA and how these comments were addressed and incorporated in the ESP. |
