Long-Term Board Member Passes

Gordon Henderson of Albertville passed away on Sunday, September 9. He was an original member of the AHFA Board of Directors and has served continuously for the last 32 years. The AHFA staff and Board expresses its deepest sympathy and gratitude to Mr. Henderson's family.

Dean first two-time Manager of the Year

Andrea Dean, manager of Ivy Pointe Apartments I &II in Tuscumbia, has been honored as the Alabama Housing Finance Authority’s 2012 Manager of the Year. As manager, Dean oversees the daily operations of the developments’ 104 affordable housing units.
