How To Register
Getting started is easy. You have three options for registration. Please note that registration is a different than filling a new prescription. Even if you register online, you'll need to fill new prescription via mail or fax. Learn more about filling a new prescription.
- Register online. You'll activate a user name and password. If you wish, you may also complete (or update) your account information online. Be sure to complete a registration for each eligible family member. By registering, you'll have online access to your account and general prescription drugs and health information.
- Register by phone. Call 1-877-363-1296 and have your prescription bottle handy. A patient care advocate will work with you and your doctor to transfer your maintenance medications to Home Delivery.
- Register by mail. Download the Mail Order Registration Form and mail it to:

Include the written prescription and the appropriate copayment when you mail your registration to Express Scripts. Ask your provider to write your new prescription for the maximum day's supply allowed (up to 90 days for most medications). Converting Prescriptions from a Retail Network Pharmacy
If you're already having prescriptions filled at a TRICARE retail network pharmacy, and you'd rather use home delivery, you can quickly and easily convert your prescriptions to the home delivery in approximately 4-7 minutes.
Enrolled in the US Family Health Plan?
Remember, you will fill prescriptions through your US Family Health Plan's pharmacies, either onsite, network or mail-order, depending on what pharmacy options are available with your plan. You will not access military treatment facility pharmacies or TRICARE's other pharmacy options. To learn about your prescription drug coverage, enter your profile.
Forgot your password?
If registered online for the TRICARE Pharmacy Home Delivery and you forget your password, you can reset it on the home delivery pharmacy login page or contact customer service for assistance.
