John S. Pistole

Thanks for visiting Talk to TSA! We are excited about this program and want to hear your comments. TSA's mission is to secure transportation systems. We have seen that strong counterterrorism efforts include an engaged and informed public. It is imperative that we have support from you, the traveling public. So send us your questions, suggestions, and feedback on your security experience.

After leaving your feedback, it will be sent directly to the person in charge of TSA customer service at the airport for which you are commenting. If you ask for a response, you will receive one.

I thank you for your feedback and commit to you that I will take it into account as we go about our security mission. We will utilize the TSA Blog to share our responses to some of the more commonly asked questions and themes. You can view my responses at the Talk to TSA portion of our blog.
