Nonprofit Executive Succession Planning Webinar

Is your nonprofit prepared for the emergency or expected departure of your current executive?
This webinar will help your organization learn the importance of succession planning for long-term success and viability. Participants will receive an overview of the recently launched Nonprofit Executive Succession-Planning Toolkit, which is a comprehensive resource dedicated to succession planning. The webinar will discuss how to apply the toolkit to your organizational needs for three scenarios: (1) emergency succession planning, (2) departure-defined succession planning, and (3) strategic leader development planning.
The webinar is facilitated by Arlene Alvarez Quick, president of Alvarez Performance Consultants. With more than 20 years of experience, her focus is on helping organizations achieve missions in changing environments by increasing employee and organizational capacity and sustainability.
